I’d never really considered business coaching in relation to my career. Looking back, I don’t understand why I didn’t do it sooner. Jo’s flexible approach and her intuitive line of discourse brought a tremendous amount of value in a relatively short space of time. I now have a much better understanding of where I want my career to be from this point onwards and how to make it happen. More importantly, I know the areas that I will and will not compromise on. Ultimately, I am more happy with where I am in my career; I am in a more knowledgeable place and therefore more confident when it comes to discussing anything relating to my career and any potential next steps.
