Acting CEO, charity

It was great to have the opportunity to work with Jo during a very interesting stage of my career as I stepped into the Acting CEO role whilst a new CEO was recruited in the charity where I worked. The initial chemistry session was great and made me confident I would gain lots from time invested with Jo but that I would also enjoy my time with her. Jo provided a great space with constructive questioning that really helped me come to my own solutions on many issues - a critical skill for any coach. She played a key role in helping my navigate the ups and downs of the CEO transition at both ends of the process. During this time, she also did great sessions with helping me and my team understand what energises us and helped us to work more effectively together. Jo also played a critical role in helping me navigate a move to a new organisation, supporting in interview techniques and helping me to get through the pandemic. I would recommend Jo whole-heartedly and she truly helped me professionally and personally.
